At FutureTech, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms applicable to each of our offerings. Please read the relevant section carefully before making a purchase. For any refund-related queries not covered below, contact us at info@futuretech.net.in.
We offer a 30-day subscription cancellation policy. To cancel your subscription, you may either use the Call the Owner app directly or email us at support@calltheowner.in with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Order". Please include the following details in your cancellation request: • Username • Registered mobile number on the app • Vehicle number • Vehicle owner name • A photo of your RC (Registration Certificate) — required to verify your request and prevent misuse Once we receive your request, we will notify you of its status. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your cancellation and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@calltheowner.in.
If you experience a defective, damaged, or incorrect service upon receipt, please contact us immediately at support@calltheowner.in so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note: We are unable to process refunds on promotional or discounted subscription plans.
As an Early Access participant, you acknowledge that the product is still in active development and features may change. Given the early-access nature of this offering: • Payments made for Early Access are non-refundable once access has been granted and used. • If Early Access is cancelled by FutureTech before the full product launch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. • Unused Early Access slots that have never been activated may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase — contact info@futuretech.net.in.
If you have made an advance payment and your project has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment by emailing info@futuretech.net.in.
All development engagements are structured around agreed milestones. Refund eligibility is determined by the stage at which cancellation is requested: • Before Milestone 1 begins — Full refund of unused milestone payments. • After Milestone 1 is delivered — Refund applicable only to future unpaid milestones; completed milestones are non-refundable. • After 50% project completion — No refund on work completed to date. Remaining balance is waived upon written cancellation. All delivered work, code, and assets remain the intellectual property of FutureTech until the full project value has been settled.
Once a project has been fully delivered and signed off by the client, no refunds will be issued. If you believe deliverables do not meet the agreed specification, you must raise a dispute within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@futuretech.net.in with detailed documentation of the issue. We will review the dispute and, where the issue is attributable to FutureTech, we will either rectify the deliverable at no additional cost or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
All service packages include a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed separately and are non-refundable once work has begun on them.
FutureTech shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or critical third-party service outages). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or restructure the engagement in good faith.

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of FutureTech products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
